| Auditions
Currently we are holding 2 auditions, JOSEPH AND THE
TECHNICOLOR DREAM COAT and our annual TALENT SHOWCASE AND COMPETITION.
Both are listed below.

AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
Auditions
for this Broadway Musical, beloved by all ages, will be held by the
Guild Theatreworks at the Jersey Shore Arts Center, Main St. and Main
Ave. in Ocean Grove. Both adults and children (to age 12 for the
Children's Chorus) will be auditioned on Saturday, March 13 at 11AM. All
parts are available. We are seeking strong singers and dancers, both
male and female. Piano accompaniment will be provided. If this date is a

The show
will be presented at The Jersey Shore Arts Center on April 24 at 8 PM
and on Sunday April 25 at 3 PM. Performances will also be held on Friday
April 30 at 8 PM and Saturday, May 1 at 8 pm, and Sunday, May 2 at 3 pm.

Talent Showcase and Competition
On Monday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 9 at 7:30PM, at Veterans Elementary
School on Hendrickson Road ( off of Van Zile Road) in Brick, Ada Cole and
Corey Crawford of the Guild Theatreworks, of Brick, will be holding open
auditions for their annual Talent Showcase and Competition. Talent may
include singers, dancers, musicians, comedy acts and specialty acts.
This year there will be Two Divisions being judged. Division 1 is for
those 19 Years of age and younger. Division 2 is for those 20 years
old and above. Top prize in each Division will be $200. Those placing
Second and Third, in each division, will also receive prizes.
A panel of professionals will be judging the entrants. Everyone is
invited to audition, but this time only ten acts will be chosen from each
Division to enter the final competition on March 20th. The
acts chosen will be required to pay a $25.00 entrance fee to compete.
Audience participation, by ballot, will be added to the Judges decisions.
